How are orders processed?
All of my items I sell here are handmade to order and are processed immediately in the order they are received.
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping time is currently 7-8 BUSINESS DAYS
(Monday thru Friday -- ONLY! If a Holiday falls on one of those days then we work the next following day).
Keep in mind that all my hair bows are handmade and shipping times do not include USPS shipping time which is an additional 2-3 days (or more depending on USPS - once a package leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for their shipping time).
Shipping time starts the day after an order is received. For example, if shipping time is 5 business days and you place an order on Monday, shipping time is calculated starting Tuesday (Day 1). In this example, your order will be shipped on or before the following Tuesday.
I paid with my credit card but got a receipt from PayPal?
We use PayPal as our credit card processor so whether you pay via PayPal or Credit Card or ECheck, your receipt will come from PayPal.
(*Please Note you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay with credit card).
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt from PayPal.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION RECEIPT, YOUR ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PLACE IT AGAIN.
That is the only confirmation/receipt you will receive until your order is ready to be shipped. You will then receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information from Athena's Little Bowtique.
How do I know when my order was shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email from Athena's Little Bowtique with your tracking information which you will be able to track your order from USPS.com.
Do you offer custom orders?
Custom orders are always welcome, Whether you need a different color ribbon on a specific hair bow, headband , hair bow holder etc or have something specific in mind to something similar to my bows please Contact Us and I will try my hardest to make something extra special for you.
Do you offer returns?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you live in the local area of Rancho Cucamonga CA Please email us at email@example.com with the subject that reads Local Pickup! to inquire about local pickup.
